Why buy from us?
We love writing books and connecting with readers. We don’t love giving 30% of our royalties to large corporations. When you buy direct from our store, not only do we keep more of the purchase price, we also get the money faster. This enables us to invest more quickly back into our business.
Because we aren’t a big corporation, we can’t offer free shipping on our physical books. Instead, we’re making the books you get direct from us extra special. All of our physical books include are digitally signed. We also offer special editions you can’t get elsewhere. We keep our prices a little lower than elsewhere to help offset the shipping cost.
How will you get your ebook?
Currently, we only offer ebook preorders. We’ve partnered with Bookfunnel to make delivery of your ebooks as easy as pie. As soon as our ebook preorders release, you will get an email from Bookfunnel with a download link. Simply click it and you will go to a page where you can download the ebook in your preferred format. You can read it on any ereader. If you have any trouble, the fantastic support team at Bookfunnel will get you all sorted. Pre-orders will not be delivered until release day although you will be charged upon purchase.
You can read our ebooks on any ereader – including a Kindle device.
You can also find your ebooks in your BookFunnel library at https://My.BookFunnel.com. Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books.
How long will it take to get your paperback?
We have partnered with Bookvault to print and ship our physical books. Your shipping time will depend on which country you are in and what printing and delivery options are available. We do not offer a ‘next day’ option as the books are printed on demand.

Can you get a refund?
Refunds are not given for change of mind purchases. If you purchase the wrong ebook in error and have NOT downloaded it yet, we will happily exchange it for another book of the same value. We are unable to provide exchanges once an ebook has been downloaded.
If your paperback copy is damaged, please contact Book Vault first, as they will be fastest at issuing a replacement.
